Day 1 : Hanoi – Haiphong (Beo Harbour) – Lan Ha Bay (Lunch + Dinner)
07:00 You will be collected from Hanoi Old Quarter to take the highway to Beo Harbour (in Catba town, Haiphong), where we arrive at around 11:30.
12:10 Transfer by tender to the Venezia cruises (After finishing all cruise papers).
12:15 We welcome our guests onboard the cruise and then check in, enjoy Welcome Drink, receive cruise brief and safety instruction by crew member and Cruise Manager.

12:30 We have lunch before continuing our journey via the islets. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. This area is untouched, as not many cruise ships use the route via the Cat Ba Island – Coc Ngoi islet – through Cua Dong to Ba Trai Dao area.
14:30 The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounding of extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. You can start your journey to visit Ba Trai Dao Beach area and islets by kayaking which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage, enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Bay.

15:20 Just enjoy a swim. This is a great experience, immersed in the crystal clear waters of the bay.
17:15 Returning your Venezia Cruises boat you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard you may join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam dishes. In the early evening the boat has it’s Happy Hour deal.
19:00 Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.
21:00 Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, enjoy the funny Karaoke time with friends and family. Overnight on Venezia cruises.

Day 2: Viet Hai Village – Lan Ha Bay – Ha Noi (Breakfast + Lunch)

Enjoy a light breakfast in the delighted and peaceful beauty of the bay
08:00 Transfer to a tender to visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island and hop on a bicycle ride (electric car also available) through a rainforest tunnel that leads to a village nestled in a valley deep in a national park. Meet, visit a traditional house, and greet local inhabitants doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school.

Day 3: Trang An Ecorest Resort & Spa (Breakfast) - Free time - Lunch (by yourself) - Dinner at homestay (Included)

You have free time to explore local area (Visit Tam Coc, Trang An) - the host can help you arrange the tours. You will have the lunch by yourself while you are exploring local area
Here are some things you can do in Ninh Binh: (Free visiting by yourself)
- Explore Mua Cave (Dancing cave): Located about 5 minutes from Trang An Ecorest, Hang Mua (also known as Mua Cave) is a popular tourist destination in Ninh Binh. The cave is named “Hang Mua” because the top of the mountain looks like a dancing dragon, and Mua means dance in Vietnamese. Come here, climb up to the top to enjoy the stunning view below.
- Visit Tam Coc: Tam Cốc – Bích Động is a popular tourist destination in Ninh Binh, (about 15 minutes from Trang An Ecorest Resort & Spa) and part of the Tràng An Scenic Landscape Complex UNESCO World Heritage site. It is located in Ninh Binh province, near the village of Tam Cốc. It consists of two distinct attractions: Tam Cốc, a flooded cave karst system; and Bích Động, a series of mountain temples. Join the boat trip here and make a WOW.
- Visit Trang An: Trang An grottoes which is a gathering of 31 valleys, 50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 kinds of flora and over 200 kinds of fauna, many of them in the Red Book of Vietnam. Join the boat trip here and you will surprise with what you see. Can't say more!
- Try local food: Ninh Binh is very famous for Goat meat, hotpot and traditional dishes. You can reserve meals at Trang An Ecorest Resort & Spa for the best authentic food.
- Visit Cuc Phuong National park: Cuc Phuong boasts an engaging cultural and wildlife heritage and enchanting scenery. Magnificent Limestone Mountains rise up majestically from the green rice-terraces and traditional stilt houses of the Muong hill-tribe. Covered in a dense forest, this landscape forms the habitat for some of Asia's rarest animal and plant species. It is no wonder that researchers, naturalists, enthusiasts and conservationists alike are drawn to this corner of the world.

Day 4: Trang An Ecorest Resort & Spa (Breakfast) - Ninh Binh – PU LUONG (Lunch - Dinner) Caving | scenic rice fields
7:00 Breakfast is served at homestay. After breakfast, check out and say goodbye to Trang An Ecorest Resort, heading to Pu Luong Nature Reserve.
7:30 - 8:00 Bus picks up at Trang An Ecorest Resort & Spa to Pu Luong
10:00 AM: Stop for a 15-minute rest break halfway through the journey. Enjoy picturesque village landscapes along the way.
12:00 PM: Arrive at Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Check-in homestay (Gateway Inn Pu Luong - standard check-in time 14:00, early check in if possible), relax at your own pace.
01:30 PM: Afternoon trek
Transfer to the Meeting Point and commence a 10km trek. Explore Kho Muong Village, an isolated village surrounded by a valley and visit the Pu Luong 's largest cave - with its magnificent stalactites formed over millions of years, using off-road trails via streams and mountains.
Depart from the village and head to scenic Bang village to discover remote houses with beautiful terrace fields, see the life of Local Taidam people. Return to the hotel and relax by 05:00 PM.
Evening: Culinary exploration and leisure
Enjoy happy hour! Buy one, get one free before 19:00 pm.
Either join cooking class to uncover the secrets of Vietnam cuisine for those interested, or simply relax by yourself at homestay.
Enjoy a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM, followed by free time to relax. This concludes your first day in Pu Luong.
Day 5: PU LUONG - HANOI (B - L) Village Life | Water Wheels | Rafting
07:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast and prepare for the day's activities. Be ready by 8:30 AM.
08:45 AM: Transfer to Ban Cong and start a 2.5km walk. Cross a suspension bridge to reach one of Pu Luong's most scenic villages, where the largest stream flows through. Along the river, admire stunning landscapes, rice fields, and village life. Seek for the giant water wheels, a remarkable creation of Vietnam's mountainous ethnic minorities.
Arrive at Chieu Lau dam and embark on a bamboo rafting experience. Paddle the raft upstream with locals and have fun.
10:00 AM: The raft lands on the other side of the river. Embark on another 2km trek through rice fields and villages, completing a loop trail. Meet the transfer at the main road and return to your hotel for check-out by 11:30 AM. Enjoy lunch.
01:00 PM: Prepare for the bus journey back to Hanoi.
Expect to arrive at your hotel in Hanoi by 6:30 PM, barring heavy traffic. The tour concludes at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
